Michael Wray

Vice President, Clinical Integration

As Vice President, Clinical Integration, Michael leads the groups responsible for working with end-users of products and services through Decision Teams, Service Lines and Affinity Groups, delivering contracts based on the input of those end-users for the Critical Products and Rapid Design categories. This collaborative effort creates the attributes which shape and become the core content of the contracts used by The Resource Group's Participants. Contract Design is best known as the “Listen” portion of The Resource Group’s promise to “Listen. Innovate. Implement.” Michael also leads the Sourcing teams responsible for contract negotiations in clinical categories, known as the “Innovate” portion.

Michael previously served as the Director, Contract Design over the Rapid Design and Laboratory categories for The Resource Group. He has been involved in healthcare supply chain and change management since 1998.

Michael Wray came to The Resource Group from Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, where he served as the Manager of Perioperative Materials. Prior to that, he served as Administrative Director of Supply Chain for Mercy in Springfield, MO. Mr. Wray holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Phoenix and a master’s in supply chain management from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, MO.
