Michelle McClay

Vice President, Deployment and Analytics

Michelle McClay is the Vice President of Deployment and Analytics for The Resource Group. In this role, Michelle provides strategic leadership and guidance to the Deployment and National Analyst Teams. Along with leading the integration of new Participants and growing our domestic and international consulting services, Michelle also focuses on further developing The Resource Group Analyst team to continue strengthening our pipeline of future leaders.

 

Michelle has more than eight years of experience in hospital operations, project management, purchased services implementation, consulting, and healthcare supply chain, including large-scale project management experience such as leading the successful conversion of a national support services contract for more than 100 facilities with $402 million of managed volume in 11 months as well as leading the implementation of The Resource Group’s Integrated Change Management Model across 31 hospitals in five months . Michelle specializes in change management, business development, process improvement, and operations management.

 

Michelle came to The Resource Group from West Suburban Medical Center and MacNeal Hospital in Chicago where she served in operational and project management roles with a focus on hospital operational process improvement, specifically in the areas of patient satisfaction and hospital throughput improvement. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Health with a Minor in Business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a master’s in health administration from the School of Health Management and Informatics at the University of Missouri, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
