About Us

A message from our President & CEO, Scott Caldwell

With a traditional GPO solution, there is usually a tradeoff between great pricing and caregiver satisfaction. It doesn’t have to be that way and with The Resource Group, organizations no longer have to compromise. By listening to caregivers and allowing them to direct the decision-making process, The Resource Group offers a contract portfolio that is both best in value and highly accepted.

This, in addition to the placement of a fully embedded Value Realization team that manages implementation, operations, and change management, allows organizations with The Resource Group to achieve best-in-industry value and customer satisfaction.

Our Purpose

Rooted in the ideals of hospitality, The Resource Group lowers the cost of healthcare through its User-Directed Integrated Solutions. We envision a tightly-coordinated, end-to-end non-payroll spend management solution that continually improves our Participant’s financial performance to sustain resources available for patient care.

Our foundation

Although The Resource Group specializes in Operations & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing and Change Management, at its heart, it is focused on hospitality and caregiver satisfaction. We believe that resource and supply management should be silenced. The typical “noise” present in the resource and supply management function should be eliminated through a tightly-coordinated and highly-efficient model that allows our Participants, our name for our customers,  to focus on what they do best - providing patient care.
