System Support Leader Team

Patrick McCoole is the Chief Development Officer of The Resource Group. In this role, he leads business development work with executives and associates to coordinate and develop resources, programs, and tools to deliver sustainable value to all Participants. Additionally, Patrick leads Data Action, Strategic Support, and the Associate Experience Communities. These Communities serve to support the delivery of The Resource Group’s solutions by focusing on advanced analytics, associate growth and development, communications, project management, and strategic direction.

Patrick has been with The Resource Group for over 13 years and has served in a variety of roles. Those roles include Analyst, Manager of Implementation, Director of Participant Integration, and Vice President of Participant Development. During this time, Patrick designed and led full-scale supply chain integrations such as custom surgical kits, medical surgical product distribution, exam gloves, food and nutritional services, and environmental services while also developing The Resource Group’s commercial solution. 

Patrick came to The Resource Group from the commercial banking industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s of Business Administration from Webster University.
