Angela Banks
In the Regional Integration Director role, Angela is responsible for providing strategic leadership, building relationships, and offering expertise for the sites of care and Integration team. In addition, Angela coordinates with the Regional Integration Officer, Regional Operating Officer, and hospital leadership to develop and implement savings plans that support the ministry’s fiscal, clinical, and safety goals.
Angela previously served as an Implementation Director. Prior to her work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Angela spent over 25 years at Wesley Medical Center/HCA in Wichita, Kansas. She advanced from a Cardiac Monitor Technician to an RN with various roles such as Coronary Care Nurse, Procedure Room/Code Blue Team Nurse, Education/Consulting, and Senior Clinical Analyst in IT.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern College and a Master of Business Administration from Emporia State University.
