In the Regional Operating Officer role, Aubree provides strategic leadership for the operations and logistics function. In addition, Aubree identifies Participant needs and requirements to evaluate, innovate, and implement solutions that provide seamless, efficient logistics and supply operations. Aubree also develops and maintains local and national relationships to address new opportunities, collaborate on market growth, and enhance customer service to Participants.

Aubree previously served as Director, Field Operations in the Ascension Michigan Market. Aubree is a seasoned executive with a diverse background spanning 8 years in commercial and industrial lending, coupled with 9 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution. Aubree has a track record of success in both financial services and operational management, and brings strategic vision and leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Aubree holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Ashford University and a master’s degree in Organizational Management with specialization in Supply Chain Management from Ashford University. Aubree has also received accolades for excellence in medical billing and coding, prior certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and has completed leadership training and accountability programs at Robert Morris College.
