Field Leadership Team

In the Vice President, Integrated Participant Solutions role, Danielle provides strategic leadership for resource and supply management with her team and is responsible for more than 50 Integrated Participants. Danielle leads the development of customer-focused, collaborative infrastructure for a growing customer base in community hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and non-traditional sites of care, ensuring shared accountabilities such as goals, resources, and project management.

Danielle has been with The Resource Group for eight years, serving in a variety of Strategic Sourcing leadership roles.  Most recently, Danielle served as the Director, Program Integration for Pharmaceutical Support Services, leading strategic alignment and relationship management between The Resource Group and AscensionRx, and strategic development for emerging pharmaceutical needs. Prior to her work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Danielle served in various leadership roles at ROi, managing Private Label and Custom Pack Solutions, and worked as a Registered Pharmacy Technician for several years.

Danielle holds bachelor’s degrees in both Public Relations and Psychology from Drake University and a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law. Danielle also is co-owner of a local brewery in St. Louis, serves the Tower Grove East Neighborhood Association most recently as President, serves on the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel - St. Louis, volunteers with Marian Middle School, and was recently named a St. Louis Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree in 2023.
