Kim Pagliari
In the Regional Integration Director role, Kim is responsible for providing strategic leadership, building relationships, and offering expertise for the sites of care and Integration team within the region. In addition, Kim coordinates with the Regional Integration Officer, Regional Operating Officer, and hospital leadership to develop and implement savings plans that support the ministry’s fiscal, clinical, and safety goals.
Kim previously served as an Integration Manager II. Prior to their work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Kim was a registered nurse in a level one trauma center surgical department, serving as the leader for the Ophthalmology service line and charge nurse.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois–Urbana Champaign and a master’s degree in Business and Healthcare Administration from Elmhurst University. Kim holds her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is a Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR). She enjoys team-building activities that include her team in community-centered volunteer work.
