Field Leadership Team

In the Regional Operating Officer role, Laurie provides strategic leadership for the operations and logistics function within her region. In addition, Laurie identifies Participant needs and requirements to evaluate, innovate, and implement solutions that provide seamless, efficient logistics and supply operations. She also develops and maintains local and national relationships to address new opportunities, collaborate on market growth, and enhance customer service to Participants.

Laurie previously served as Senior Operations Director for the Oklahoma Market. Prior to her work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Laurie served the Seton health ministry in various roles supporting procedural services lines, supply chain operations, and surgery business office functions. Laurie began her career at Universal Health Services as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Leo University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. Laurie is a highly tenured, effective servant leader with vast experience in hospital operations, revenue integrity, physician practice management, supply chain logistics, and change management. Laurie is a 4th year PhD candidate studying Epidemiology and volunteers her time with a local Tulsa food pantry organization that distributes over $1.8M worth of donated food annually to those who face food insecurity. Laurie is also active in her son’s Boy Scout troop serving on several committees and volunteers time with a local Blue Star Mothers chapter. Laurie has also served several years on the Advisory Board for Tulsa Community College’s Surgical Technology Program.
