Area Vice President & Regional Integration Officer

Tim Rauschmeier is the Regional Integration Officer for The Resource Group in the Northeast region. In this role, Tim is responsible for providing strategic leadership, building relationships, and bringing deep expertise for the sites of care within the Northeast region. In addition, Tim coordinates with Vice Presidents, finance, ministry leadership, and other Resource Group leaders to develop and implement savings plans that support the ministry's fiscal, clinical, and safety goals. 

Tim previously served as Area Executive Director of Operations. Prior to his work with Ascension and The Resource Group, Tim worked as a Plant Operations Manager in the Aerospace and IT Enclosure manufacturing industries. 

Tim holds a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and a dual master's degree in Healthcare Management and Operations Management from the University of Scranton. Tim is also an active volunteer supporting local medical missions.
