System Support Leader Team

F. Dewayne Rader is the Chief Sourcing Officer for The Resource Group. In this role, he leads all contracting across supplies, services, and information technology. He also oversees the End-User Engagement, Healthcare Technology Management, and Strategic Sourcing Optimization Communities, which support the success of our contract portfolio delivery and management. Dewayne’s Communities create streamlined processes, deliver knowledge, develop best practices, facilitate business transformation, and guide projects.

Dewayne has more than 40 years of contracting, sales, consulting, implementation, marketing, and project management experience, providing leadership and strategic planning in the technology and healthcare industries.

Dewayne came to The Resource Group from NCR Corporation, a 139 year-old company specializing in retail and financial technology solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. Dewayne has also completed Ascension's Executive Ministry Leadership Formation Program, a forum through which leaders build community and strengthen their skills in support of the ever-changing landscape of healthcare.
